There are dozens of companies out there desperate to let you have a
credit card.  Cancel your Egg card and get one from a competent company.

BTW - I know that in this case you're looking at a recurring transaction
which you don't think you've authorised, but *never* authorise a
recurring transaction on a credit card.  There are practically no
safeguards for you and you can never fully cancel them.  Direct debit is
much safer.
