You've probably done these but have you thought of:

Have you got the latest firmware
	http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/DM602.asp

Have you asked netgear for support
	http://my.netgear-support.com

Is your line a bit marginal for 2Mbs, does it work at 1Mbs
