Ah! I didn't recognize my surname incorrectly spelled.

I have solved the problem, but only after a lot of
aggravation. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel that Gigabyte
are colluding in offers from eSupport (which as far as
I can tell belongs in part to Award) to do the upgrade
for $30. I couldn't get into Gigabyte's download site
no matter how I tried.

I know which mobos and bios I shall not purchase in future!!
