[Gllug] Burning DVD?

Sorry, that was probably a little snarky.  Pissed off with how difficult 
this is, not with you!

What I want is to take my MPEG2 file and turn it into the format DVDs 
use.  DVDs use MPEG2, so I should need to re-encode it.  Should be a 
straightforward format conversion of some sort.

But it's not that easy.  And the tools to do it aren't that 
straightforward.  Ack!
