Yeah, I took down eth0 altogether, and did a tcpdump on ra0 - I see no
traffic at all, although I see link and activity lights on the card
itself.

If I do a ping or dig I see the arp request go out, but nothing else.

iwconfig /reports a consistent:

 iwconfig ra0 | grep -Ei 'rate|qual'
Bit Rate:54 Mb/s
Link Quality=51/100 Signal level=-91 dBm Noise level:-220 dBm
