Hi Simon,

thanks for that. The BBC seems to keep it's techie finger on the pulse and the 
article has some interesting additional data...

First 4 Internet say they have moved away from that methodology, what about 
the existing unsold CD's with that rubbish on them? Also, this software was 
only spotted because Mr Russinovich regularly performs detailed checks of his 
windows system - how many people (apart from sysadmins and very careful 
people) really do that these days?

It all seems very underhand to me.
