The moment you hit the send button you have accepted that someone *can*
come to your rescue. The result being you relax and the blood is again
able to get to your brain.

Either that or, your computer is bothered by such a simple (to the
computer) question that it sends a pulse of electricity through your
mouse/keyboard with the needed information.
