[Gllug] OT: umbrella companies for contract work

Can't say I have looked into a 'do it yourself' job for 25quid, since no real
need,   but the 40quid offers on the web which do all the work for you and
provide a printed Cert of Incorporation look pretty sensible, assuming all you
have to do is supply a Name and some other info (subscribers, officers etc) !


Would be academicaly interesting to hear the experience of anyone who has
actually formed/bought a compnay by one route or another !
