[Gllug] Simple question

I have googled for this, but can only see answers about how to add
daemons - maybe I need to write a startup script, but somebody here will
make it clear I am sure.

I have this line in my old Fedora box /etc/rc.local:

/sbin/arp -i eth0 -s 192.168.61.55 00:d0:f1:03:12:b9

Which I use to assign an IP to the nic on my Dreamcast before I send
over the kernel it uses to boot.

How can I set up my ubuntu box to do the same everytime it boots so I
don't have to do it by hand?
