[Gllug] found a website to help linux users

I hope this website is a help to anyone who is configuring any part of linux
I just found it by accident and to be fair I think its a lot more help to new 
users than most of the howto's that come with some linux distro's.
Despite the name it has a lot of stuff that some admins might find usefull.

I hope its ok to post stuff like this because I rarely see Gllug posts where
people do send this sort of info.
