Prelinking wouldn't affect this much anyway: it only applies to
DT_NEEDED libraries, not dlopen()ed ones (for obvious reasons), and
virtually all the major OOo libraries are dlopen()ed. (This was perhaps
not a good decision on the OOoers' part.)
