No, it doesn't. If you reject it anywhere before the DATA phase, all
you've received are a handful of bytes identifying who the message is
from and who it's for. If you don't understand what this means, see
Jef Poskanzer's article on blocking spam for a decent explanation
(and some useful tips -- the feedback cycle of using expensive late
processing filters as input fodder for the cheap, early filters is a
particularly good idea)
