[Gllug] Qmail reverse DNS lookup

Dan/Tim

It was being started from xinetd and that was launching qmail-smtp via  
tcp-env which was then doing the auth on the originating system before it  
started.  I added a -R to this and it now works a treat.

Thanks to Tim for looking at the qmail source for me.
