Bluetooth (hardware) seems to Just Work IME. Personally, I have a D-Link
DBT-120 that works pretty well. I borrowed a friend's and it Just
Worked, and my flatmate's, and it Worked, and I now have another, and I
expect it will Just Work.

In terms of software and integration, it's a different story. I found
Sony Ericsson phones were quite friendly, but Nokia and Motorola were
less so. Actually, Motorola were distinctly unfriendly, even to other
phones.

The 2 or 3 bluetooth stacks available for Linux also add an element of
excitement. I was focussed on OBEX push operations, and the whole
exerience didn't make me happy :( Although, when it worked, it was very
cool :D
