By all means give help/advice to those who seek it, but learning curves for 
newbies/Tyro's can be too steep and counter productive.

IMHO any Linux user who prefers messing about trying to connect via USB  
modems/routers in preference to an eth0 connection must be somewhat of a 
masochist ;-)
