It will cost the ISP more than £10 to provide the service so I doubt you 
will find any honest deal for much less than £15 per month.

Be careful of really long contract tie ins (I've seen some trying for a 3 
year minimum term!) and extortionate activation charges (don't pay more 
than £45+VAT).

UKFSN does ADSL however our cheapest option is £14.98/month and that's a 
PAYG service and includes only the first 1GB of bandwidth. For a really 
cheap service MetroNet seem to have a worthwhile product range.

Virgin.net may be worth considering for a flat rate 512K service. They 
charge about £15/month but don't charge a connection fee and don't tie you 
into a long term contract.
