You're unlikely to find anybody doing ADSL for this sort of price on a
long term basis (i.e. not a temporary offer).
For ISPs using BT IPStream to provide DSL services, the minimum monthly
cost to them will be £8.40+VAT, before you use the circuit at all, let
alone admin/overhead costs and profit.
