In this case (and many others, I suspect) your little rule-of-thumb is
wrong wrong wrong.  Mutt is incredibly more feature-rich than any
drag-and-drool email client could ever hope to be.  Drag-and-drool
interfaces can't easily have incredibly accessible expandibility like
Mutt.

You can use your mouse with mutt.
