Not at all an issue.  If they wanted to introduce DRM, they would need to
introduce a whole new standard and crop of receiving equipment.  Given
most people are only just getting digital, that wouldn't make for a
popular politician.

As it stands, off-the-shelf DVB-t cards will allow you record to your
computer.  That won't change.
