The setting of primary_hostname in the config will define what Exim 
announces itself as in headers (and HELO), although forging it will make 
it more likely that people will refuse your mail - make sure whatever 
name you give it resolves to the correct IP address or configure it to 
smarthost through your ISP's mail server.
