Hi Andy - proof therein, it seems. My words addressed wrongly seems the 
best explanation! So: me, 72, very much Linux newbie, working life in 
print, keen to join in the battle to promote the effective use of 
English in explaining/promoting Linux so mainly in search of someone 
local to me for chats over a pint as well as e-mailing to improve my 
education. A tad disabled with dodgy ears and pins. Have HP kit with 
'kin big HD and suse 10 reaching some sanity.
