[Gllug] 4G Memory Restriction

The posts re 4Gb memeory remind me of my old days of working with a TI990 16bit
processor.    Each program could only address 64Kb (16bit),  but the o-s
could address a total of 2mbytes on a 20bit wide address bus  (16 bits wide
at a time) and mapped each process into that memory.   Worked preyy well at
the time!
