there is always vmplayer... Would there be a need to bend IT policy in 
order to install such stuff on there ? ( since cygwin is already on 
there, I'd presume its ok to install fluff )

also, i dont think Xen's out-of-the-box support for Win/ unmodified 
linux kernel - is in production as yet. Although some of the Core Duo's 
support VT, I've not seen a bios out in the wild that actually 
does-the-right-thing.
