[Gllug] Remounting readonly fails

Nope. Once it gets into that state, it seems to stay that way. On a
couple of occasions, I've been able to track it down to a process that
was holding the file open, kill that process and then everything was
back to normal. But mostly I can't see a process that has an open file.
