You can do worse than give 1&1 a try. (ducks as empty beer cans and 
assorted debris head my way)

Ok they are not the best in support, but they have a pretty awesome 
kickstart based recovery console, should help you get your server back 
on track your self. I know a few people using 1&1 dedi for Bit Torrent 
hosting etc..

This guy on the SW-Soft forums has produced a series of kickstart based 
script to remotely re-install 1&1 and other dedicated servers (obviously 
only good for anaconda base distro's such as Centos and Fedora Core etc...)
