[Gllug] Does anyone remember W98?

I'm in the happy position of having been dumped with a PC owned by a 
friend in the hope that I will be able to fix it.  It seems to be the 
usual problem of bit-rot - the hardware is fine but W98 is unhappy.

One oddity though - when I ask W98 what it thinks of the hardware it 
says there is only 64M of RAM.  The BIOS and Ubuntu both think there is 
192M.  Was W98 restricted to 64M of RAM?
