OK... so I've changed the password temporarily, and now I am getting
407 Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires
authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy filter
is denied.  )

I'm wondering if this is some horrid MS feature that means I can't
just pass username/password?
