[Gllug] OT - Windows backup problem.

A friend asked how to backup data on a W2000 installation.
There is a backup facility, so arrogantly I said it should
be easy. Not so, for it seems a fixed 4 Gig has been set as
a maximum size drive. The disk to which the backup is intended
to go is 14 Gig, but backing up ceases at 4Gig.

I know little about Windows, and can find no means of making
the whole 14 Gig available.

Can anyone assist please.

P.S. The W2000 installation has a FAT filesystem.
