Do you think that you could do it by reference ?
Anyone who has access to email has access to the web and so something like:
	Company Info: http://www.phcomp.co.uk/contact.php
might be enough.

Or should I add a header line:
	X-CRAP-NEEDED-BY-LEGISLATION: Registered address: blah, blah; VAT #: 2349823948

?
