[Gllug] mod_usertrack

I'm trying to use mod_usertrack with an Apache 1.3 server, but it
basically fails to recognise its own cookies and just issues a new one
for every hit.  (That's when it isn't segfaulting, which it has a
tendency to do if not configured in exactly a specific way).  Before I
dive into the code, does anyone know if mod_usertrack is deprecated
and has been replaced by anything newer (and working)?
