Ha ha ha! Oooh, my aching sides. When we were forced to use MessageLabs
at a previous job (by our parent company), I flat out refused until they
would agree to not generate bounces, and to not send out notifications
to sender and recipient when they'd blocked spam. It took nearly a year
before they agreed to do that, and had the necessary modifications made
to their systems to allow it.
