The Sparc will run Solaris up to and including 9, but not 10. The 540MB
disk will be too small though, but any "narrow" SCSI disk should fit. I
have one with a 2.2G in. You can attach external disk too. The 64MB is
enough but I wouldn't want to try to run a graphical desktop. WRT Linux,
it'll run Debian Woody but not Sarge, the Sarge installer appears to
require some UltraSparc features. Open and NetBSD are also good OSs for
this machine.
