[Gllug] Groupware solutions

Does anyone know of a groupware/email solution with the following features:

* Email, Shared Calendaring & contacts.
* Very good web front end.
* Full outlook connectivity for the email *and* groupware features.

Preferably:

* Hosted.
* £10 per user per month or less.
* Linux / standards(imap, etc,) friendly.

Also has anyone tried Scalix?
