There's more answers to this than anyone has time to try out - but I 
guess you googled, and want a reccomendation.

I've used
http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info/booksync
and that worked really well. Been meaning to set it up again, but 
haven't got round to it.

The current buzz is about Foxmarks:

But not tried it myself.
