[Gllug] Hardware SCSI RAID

SmartArray cards are generally good. There's one or two low-end models which 
are a bit pants but, if it's a PCI card, then you'll be very unlucky for it 
to be one of the not so good ones.

I tried this card, and it seemed to work fine but it won't detect one of the 
disks at all. I am now of the view that the failed format I needlessly tried 
earlier may have killed my lovely new SCSI disk...
