Of course you don't. 32 bit systems from the last couple of years have
been blisteringly fast - certainly more than enough for everything any
normal user will want to do with it.
Spend a little on a decent graphics card (even a low end proper one will
do) and the system should work very nicely so long as you have sufficient
RAM and 512M or even 1GB RAM is cheap these days.
