Never heard of either of them.  Are you aware that Amen is actually
hosting in France by the looks of it though?

CWCS seems expensive for what you get, a rented server in
Nottingham.  What is wrong with supplying your own hardware and
colo'ing it with e.g.
http://www.blackcatnetworks.co.uk/services/colo in London?
