[Gllug] Wireless Hotspot distro

Hello

I am looking around for a Linux distro that provides an "Internet cafe
out of the box" kind of system.

Requirements:

* Web based registration system (doesn't need to tie into Paypal or
any payment systems)
* Ability to control access and give a set period of internet access
* Logging, reporting
* Preferably some sort of HTTP proxying.

Initially I found www.publicip.net and thought I had found what I was
after but their business model relies on you subscribing to their
service and they manage all of the access control.

I want all of their features but I want to host it myself.

Any idea?
