[Gllug] communicating_manuals

With the considerable assistance of a GLLUG member I installed Suse
10.1 on my box this past weekend. It upgraded from 10.0 surprisingly
well, so much credit to the hackers involved.
I feel that a less arcane manual, for rug in particular, would
greatly assist new guys like me and might ease the path for experts.
I do not think the manuals I've seen communicate well enough.
