Is anyone speaking on accessibility at this event?

I offered to give a talk, however seems to have been declined.

I wrote the original accessible client-side scripting guidelines for
W3C/WAI in 2003.
current version: http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-WCAG20-SCRIPT-
TECHS-20041119/

Just one recent article describing some of the pitfalls: AJAX and
Screenreaders: When Can it Work?
http://www.sitepoint.com/article/ajax-screenreaders-work

I am a founder member of the Guild of Accessible Web Designers, and a
regular contributor to the IGDA games accessibility SIG.
