[Gllug] Etch installer RC1 not found

Hi anyone here shed any light on why I can not download the new RC1
installer?

The page here seems to say that it is available...

http://www.us.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/News/2006/20061113

However when I try the link I get a 404...

http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/etch_di_rc1/i386/iso-cd/debian-testing-i386-netinst.iso

The weekly snapshot just hangs, only the daily snapshot seems to work.

I have had  a look in the debian-user archives but no-one seems to be
speaking about it, am I having a melanin challenged moment?
