Not a phone as such, but my Sharp Zaurus has a qwerty keyboard, runs
Linux, and comes with an ssh client as standard. Using bluetooth to
connect to the net via a separate mobile phone, I have ssh net access
wherever I am. Highly recommended, particularly the clamshell models
(C750, C850, C3000, etc)
