That error indicates that your kernel is incomplete - i.e. the file on
disk does not contain as much compressed data as expected.

There's something already listening on port 22. You'll need to find out
what it is. Perhaps, for reasons best known to yourself, your computer
is trying to start ssh twice?

No.

Neither of these problems should require a reinstall to sort out.
