I don't really want to get into a spat over it I was just telling one of my 
famous 'Life experience' story's.

In an ideal world I'd agree however I'm fairly confident if it had ever gone 
to trial the line taken would have been "You should have checked the 
suppliers credentials as they are not a Microsoft approved outlet and the 
validity of the goods".

I think that might come under the heading of 'Receiving stolen goods' I heard 
of a case a couple of years ago where somebody bought some jewelry in good 
faith yet was done for 'receiving' their problem was buying it at a local 
club even though they knew the bloke who portrayed himself as a trader.

Anyway as I say it was just a story. :)
