[Gllug] Recommendations for an IMAP server

For some time I've been using uw-imapd as the IMAP server on my mail 
server, but it seems to have big problems creating folders and 
subfolders, at least when the client is Thunderbird.

Examining the packages available in Sarge there seems to be a choice of 
several alternative IMAP servers.  Can anyone offer any guidance on 
choosing between:

courier-imap
dovecote-imapd
bincimap
