Err what? They always come with a bunch of booklets. Most of which are
stupid quickstart guides, but one is *always* warranty information.

A new PSU arrived for my laptop today and it has page after page of
compliance, warranty and other tedious mumbo jumbo. even my IBM USB
floppy drive came with such things.
