We use various ISPs for our clients. I would not recommend any of them, 
we are seeking new providers.

For myself I have just moved from PiPEX to Entanet via UKFSN. Although 
PiPEX refused a Mac (LLU) I got connected within three days of signing 
up. The speed is as advertised (8500 data rate 6.5m Mbps down) - so far 
so good. Entanet tech support was adequate, long hold (15 min) but much 
better than many others.
