[Gllug] compile & run keyboard shortcut in Emacs

I open emacs (full-screen size) with two windows (Emacs terminology is
windows). In the bottom window, I use "M-x shell" to open a shell. Run
"M-15 M-x shrink-window" in the bottom window (shell), where I do all
compilation. Top window is used for source code browsing.
