Win2k used NT 5.0 as the kernel. Vista uses NT 6.0. Unless they've
really just bumped the version number this implies that
1) They have the source (unless you're suggesting they have made changes
via binary patches?)
2) There are real kernel programmer left at MS (unless you're suggesting
they outsourced the work?)
3) Vista doesn't use the same kernel as Win2k.
