You're reading different stats Martin. The netcraft survey measures 
domains not servers.

As far as I am aware there is no measurement of the number of actual 
servers running whichever platform.

A great many of the domains running on the MS IIS platform are parked 
following deals MS made with various large domain registration companies 
like GoDaddy to park them on MS IIS.
